Moving and Keeping Fit for 2020

The mission continues in terms of exercise and as well as walking every morning, regardless of the temperature which recently has been freezing, I make sure I hit the gym every Thursday with Winston Squire.

Thanks for the love you showed on Instagram especially those that shared the benefits of daily walking.

Without even trying I’ve actually lost a few pounds, so once the exercise has well and truly kicked in we’ll start talking about food and nutrition, such an important part of the process.
