Got to be honest, it does feel good, I get up every morning at around 6:30am and as much as I struggle, the minute I get through that door and start walking I just keep going. I come back through the door and it’s like my mind is just ready for action and I’m on a different planet.
Winston and I have changed gyms and I’ve got a feeling he’s gonna start being very wicked!
We’ll be talking food and nutrition soon but right now daily movement is the priority. I’m sleeping better, (and sleep is so important) making better food choices, and the menopausal symptoms have really levelled out.
