Moving and Keeping Fit for 2020

The main mission for 2020 is to not just lose weight, but to get myself to a level of fitness which will mean incorporating exercise into my daily routine, like brushing my teeth and taking a shower!

Getting up and going to the gym is the challenge, but once I’m there it’s bliss. The exercising starts, the temperature rises, the heart rate increases and the perspiring starts. I just wanna keep going.

Winston Squire isn’t letting me take a break at all. Thursdays are locked down for cardio and resistance training as long as I keep moving on the other days. Here’s this week’s warm up exercise ……….

Whether it’s walking first thing in the morning, walking to the station or just stretching, daily exercise of some form is the key.

In the words of Michelle Obama, let’s keep moving!
