Yes peeps, what a beautiful day. Last night I hosted the film premiere of “About Light and Shadows”, a documentary delving into the rise of stress, anxiety, depression, fear etc. The beauty for me was the contributors in the doc talking about it, recognising it and turning it around. Sometimes we’re so steeped in stress it becomes our “normal” and the thought of being stress free feels weird! This was also a very timely piece especially in the light of how much the series Adolescence drew the attention of so many (and I will speak about that soon!!). Look out for “About Light and Shadows”, on general release and streaming soon. Ax

This one was emotional, it was at The Learie Constantine Centre NW London (my dad used to meet his friends there, it was the hub of the community).
