The Female Lead is an initiative that I’m involved in which combines 2 of my passions: Teenage Girls (I’m the mother of 2 teenagers) and Books.
The Female Lead book can be requested via their website as the mission is to get the book in as many schools as possible in the UK, USA and then globally. Disney Films partnered with The Female Lead recently for the European Premiere of the film ‘Wrinkle In Time’ and a video was made that evening and features Reese Witherspoon, Oprah Winfrey, Mindy Kaling, Ava DuVernay, Lorraine Candy, Edwina Dunn and amongst others yours truly. I feel so blessed to be a part of this initiative alongside such powerful global women.
