It’s official! Usain Bolt is the fastest man in the world.
Jamaica fever erupted in East London earlier tonight when Usain Bolt won the 100m Men’s final with colleague Yohan Blake coming in a close second.
Well done Usain, and Yohan, and Happy 50th Independence to all Jamaicans celebrating.
Mr. G was in his absolute element and was trying to call his dad in Jamaica amongst all the noise in the Olympic Park – crazy or what??
And I love the images of these fans celebrating in London!
I’ve still got Torch Fever and whenever I’ve sat down to watch the Games memories still come flooding back. Being at the Olympic Park, however, was a feeling that I can’t put into words.
