I was lucky enough to talk to Jermaine Jackson about his new book You Are Not Alone: Michael, Through A Brother’s Eyes.
He describes writing the book as a “healing process”. It’s a very intimate portrait of his brother, offering insights into the life and innermost feelings of this very private individual.
Take a listen to the interview, in which we talk about things like the Conrad Jackson trial and how their mother is coping with the situation, as well as more light-hearted topics like fashion and those incredible Jackson 5 afros!
And of course…the music. Jermaine tells me about the recording of groundbreaking albums Off The Wall and Thriller and how Michael sought excellence in every single thing he did.
