Burberry’s new make up collection features smooth pastels and bright summery nail polishes, which are great for gearing us up for the upcoming seasonal change.
The collection was inspired by the colours on the catwalk in the Burberry Prorsum Womenswear SS15 ‘The Birds and the Bees’ catwalk collection, which featured a mix of sheer fabrics and brights.
The latest collection is made up of:
- NEW Burberry Eye Colour – Wet & Dry Silk Shadows (£22.50)
- NEW Limited edition Burberry Runway Blush Palette (£45.00)
- NEW Burberry Nail Polish (£15.00)
The Burberry Eye Colour – Wet & Dry Silk Shadow, as the name implies can be applied wet for an intense shock of colour or dry for a more toned down and natural look. These are available in four shades. Below are Rose Pink and Aqua Green. Both are heavily pigmented and are buttery soft when applied.
The limited edition Burberry Nail Polish comes in six shades which will compliment any summery outfit with a pop of colour.
Finally, there’s the limited edition Burberry Runway Blush Palette (£45), which features shades of Pink Azaela, Coral red and Hydrangea Pink with the words ‘Rain or Shine’ embossed in the powder.
This collection sees Burberry in a playful light, proof that they’re not all stiff collars and check prints! The Spring/Summer 2015 collection is available now to buy from Burberry.com, selected Burberry stores and retailers worldwide.
