Chocolate eggs, and more chocolate, so how was Easter for you?
Mine was quiet which was a surprise. Some family members, lots of noise in the house with children in every room. In fact looking back on it, it wasn’t that quiet at all. But I did enjoy it even though I did work Saturday 10am till 1pm.
Loved cooking, there were 2 roast chickens one in each oven together with the rice and peas, the macaroni cheese and mountains of vegetables.
Hope you enjoyed your Easter break and had some time off to spend with family and yourself.
I was back at work today, Monday, but if you’re going back to work tomorrow, I trust you had a good rest.
