No, not Stella my favourite Welsh drama starring Ruth Jones, but Stella the magazine supplement that comes with the Sunday Telegraph had its first live event over the weekend.
The mag targets Perennials who are apparently kicking more butt than Millennials! The 40s and 50s are definitely the new 20s and 30s and that was evident at the Saatchi Gallery on Friday with Davina McCall, Trinni Woodall, and Liz Earle, and on Saturday with Bibi Lynch, Jo Brand, and Yasmin LeBon.
I took part in a panel discussion with the magazine editor, Marianne Jones, and it was amazing to see how many women in their 40s and 50s have found this new burst of energy and are just going for it.
