Neutrogena – The Benefits!

Now that the weather has unmistakenly taken a turn and summer is well and truly over, you’ll be layering up again in no time if you haven’t started already.

I’m sure you’ve probably seen this range advertised on TV and in fact I’ve been using it for the past couple of months, but now it’s cooler, I think my skin will appreciate its benefits even more.

The new Neutrogena Visibly Renew Elasti-Boost bodycare range, claims to boost elasticity in your skin in just 10 days. It does this by providing intense hydration to dry skin and contains minerals which have been shown to boost skin’s collagen production. I really think it’s a line worth looking at next time you’re in either Boots or Superdrug, if you’re looking for a new body moisturiser.

The Body Lotion (£5.99) is moisturising without feeling tacky or heavy on the skin, instead leaving a silky, delicately scented finish behind. The consistency is just right, and isn’t ‘watery’ in the slightest. It’s easy to apply and and whenever you need to, although using it morning and night is advised to see and feel a difference. If your skin is in need of something a little more heavy-duty to combat dryness, then consider using the Body Balm (£4.99). A thicker cream, it banishes dry skin and is great for when your skin is in need of extra TLC.

Finally the Hand Cream SPF20 (£5.49).  I find myself washing or submerging my hands in water far more than I’d like to these days, and this ensures my hands stay hydrated and soft. The SPF content also helps to keep the appearance of brown spots at bay too and I’m guessing this may be why it’s more expensive than the body balm. I really rate Neutrogena hand creams for keeping hands soft and well moisturised in cold weather, so this will definately be repurchased as my current tube is almost finished

Neutrogena Visibly Renew Elasti-Boost is a great line to try if you’re looking to renew tired looking skin and want to keep it supple and hydrated through the upcoming wintery months.
