Chiltern Centre for Disabled Children

Every year I aim to do my bit for charity and tend to alternate between an annual bike ride or a 5k race. Regardless of which one I choose, after training, the event usually takes up between 1 – 4 hours of my time. I felt so proud of myself…that was until I met Guy Fotherby. Guy played squash for over 30 hours to raise money for his chosen charity.

Guy’s squash marathon also resulted in him breaking a world record and the proceeds he raised were donated to the Chiltern Centre for Disabled Children.

You can hear about the work the Centre undertakes and Guy’s match – all 30 hours of it – in my interview with him.
